VOLUNTEER

Volunteer Opportunities will continue to develop as we begin our new school year.   Below are some of the opportunities we see becoming available.  Please check back, as this list is a work-in-progress.

STAFF APPRECIATION
There will be many opportunities to show our appreciation to the staff at Risdon Middle School from contributing to PTA hosted staff potlucks to planning our Staff Appreciation Week in May.

BOOK FAIRS
The PTA hosted Book Fairs provide an opportunity for students (and parents) to purchase reasonably priced books.  More so, your support of the Book Fair also allows the PTA to purchase additional books for Risdon Middle School classrooms and the Library!

SCHOOL DANCES

The PTA sells concessions at each of the school dances, and the students are always so excited to fill up on pizza, pop and other goodies.  There are usually three dances each year (put on by the student ASB), and the students and volunteers have a great time!
